A leak allowance is a reduction in your water use charges. The Water Corporation may offer you a leak allowance if you have had an undetectable water leak repaired by a licensed plumber.
A leak allowance will be considered only after you have had the water leak located and repaired to the required industry standards by a licensed plumber.
